Paul Anderson teaches all levels of guitar in the Denver area. He teaches both acoustic and electric and is proficient in jazz, rock, blues and popular music styles. Private lessons are available in the Denver area.

Paul has been playing guitar for over 40 years and teaching for 30. He was named Best New Talent Showcase by Guitar Player Magazine in 1985. In 1990 the same magazine also awarded him special commendation for “meritorious musicianship” in their Soundpage Competition. Paul studied at The Guitar Institute of Technology under the mentorship of Pat Martino, Dr. William Fowler, Joe Diorio, Mundell Lowe, Jimmy Wyble, Larry Carlton, Lee Ritenour, Herb Ellis, Ron Estchete, Lenny Breau, and Tommy Tedisco, among others. He continues his education today with Dale Brunning. Paul has free-lanced as a guitar player and post-production audio engineer. He writes and performs music for radio, television, theatre and film. Paul teaches private guitar and bass lessons to students of all ages from around the Denver-metro area.

Paul’s current and past students perform in various venues around the country and have gone onto professional and semi-professional music careers.
